Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be in their original packaging, unworn, and in saleable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow the steps outlined below:

- Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide a return authorization number (RAN).
- Ship the item(s) with the RAN included in your package to: SYNORATH Returns Department, 150 Business Park, Suite 200, Commerce City, CA 94608.
Refunds and Exchanges
Upon receipt of your returned item:
- We will inspect the goods and process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- If an exchange is requested, the replacement item will be dispatched within 5 business days of inspection.
Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Gift cards
- Discounted or clearance items
- Downloadable software products
